Fit isn't a number. It's a reading against a program's identity.
College coaches evaluate every recruit on four dimensions — tactical, technical, mental, and emotional — measured against what their program actually builds around. A note from the founder
I built this because nobody was looking out for you.
I was a D1 All-American at Lehigh, two-year captain, then first assistant coach running national and international recruiting. I've read thousands of recruiting emails — most went straight to the trash. Not because the kids weren't good enough, but because the services made coaches do work they didn't have time for.
NCSA and SportsRecruits blast profiles out with no way to verify what happened and shrug when nothing comes back. Families spend thousands for activity they can't see the result of. I watched good kids get ignored by a system that charged them for activity they couldn't verify.
So I built RFX the other way round. One click — interested or not — and that answer lands on your dashboard with the program, division, and date. A pass is permanent, which is exactly why coaches keep opening our email. We don't sell hope. We sell answers.
