ODP (Olympic Development Program)

ODP (Olympic Development Program) is US Youth Soccer's national player identification and development program, designed to identify high-level youth players for regional and national pools. Historically a major scouting pathway, ODP now competes with ECNL and MLS NEXT for relevance.

ODP remains a recognized identification pathway, particularly in regions without strong ECNL or MLS NEXT presence.

Selection to state and regional ODP pools can still add a recruiting signal.
